Our eligibility team performs Insurance Eligibility and Benefit verification to increase the up-front collection of out-of-pocket expenses, decreases claim rejection/denial due to prior authorization or coverage/eligibility issues.

Our CPC (Certified Professional Coder - certification offered by the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC)) certified coders has the knowledge and skills to accurately code medical procedures, diagnoses, and services. They can also provide solutions to common coding problems to prevent human error, handle complex documentation, and prevent coding error rejections/denials.

Our charge entry team works on sending clean claims to insurance on timely manner and working closely with the coding team to avoid future rejection or denials due to coding issues.

Our posting team can work on electronic and paper eobs and make sure the deposits are posted accurately and timely. They also work on any correspondence received from insurance or patient.

Our AR team can work on the denials, rejections, correspondence and any outstanding balances to be collected from the insurance or the patient.

Our team has worked on different billing applications and are open to work on any new billing applications with the provided training.
